According to a CIPD survey from 2023, 76% of respondents had taken time off work due to stress. This April is #stressawarenessmonth , which aims to increase awareness of both the contributory factors and solutions to workplace stress.

Jealousy or envy is a difficult emotion to deal with it. Insecurity heightens threat. This means a permanent sense of anxiety about others being better than you, leading to either a need to compete when Its’ not necessary or to withdraw. Address jealousy by addressing insecurity.

#TimeToTalkDay by @MindCharity celebrates the importance of having a conversation about mental health. A conversation is far more than words. It’s the willingness to engage, an openness to be honest and vulnerable, and the courage to take steps to make positive change.
