The judges noted that, as a Training Programme Director for IMGs at Black Country Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust, Dr. Javed has championed several impactful initiatives such as an IMG Peer Support Group, a structured Buddy Scheme for new trainees, regular group meetings and 1-to-1 check-ins, tailored CASC exam coaching, and an IMG-specific induction checklist to ensure trainees feel welcomed and prepared from day one. #rcpsychawards
