@Hassel_Chris I get it but how does the SEC not fall into this same category? They have laid biscuits. What if we get an Oregon vs Miami final….who does and does not get credit if that happens? Maybe the whole system is flawed?

Really bad look for the Big 12. Texas Tech was head and shoulders better than the rest of the conference and they didn’t stand a chance against the 3rd best team in the Big Ten. This will only further the perceived gap between the Big 12 and the super conferences.

The crazy thing is there is a Big12 AD on the committee and nobody has asked him a question about the rankings. Every big12 outlet should be having him on today asking questions. Why is ByU’s resume not talked about? Why did Utah drop? How does the ACC have 5 ranked teams? What week does H2H start mattering? How are metrics viewed? Is it all eye test? Are rankings based on talent composite scores?

Again if you are worried about BYU’s 27th SOS explain Ole Miss 33rd SOS! Explain how having the same record but worse metrics gets them to 7 and BYU to 11! Also I watched Washington State give Ole Miss all they wanted! TT, BYU and Utah would be just fine playing Ole Miss

@jacksettleman They got absolutely destroyed in their singular meaningful game of the year? They don’t have the SOS, efficiency, game control, or eye test any of the teams above them have. They played TT and got mauled. They get in and it’s the same as PSU vs SMU last year
