Ever since David stepped down as CTO, he’s been speaking more clearly, but he’s not credible. He compares the actual use of XRP on a global scale to speculative scenarios.
They’ve been lying and protecting their own interests for years; I’m not about to believe now that XRP can’t reach a certain price just because some wealthy investors haven’t driven the price up to $20.
