@ImperialStoic totally agree, without the movies there wouldn't be a kotor. im just saying this as someone who played the games without any knowledge of the SW universe and in my humble opinion, they ate them up sorry

@drowwpoison Kind of true, but you have to be understanding. The movies do a lot of the heavy lifting for the games too. They set up the universe, powers, systems, factions. KotoR gets to use all of that freely, which they do and very well so. But they stand on the shoulders of giants.

@drowwpoison Gonna hard disagree, they are very different mediums and because of that each has they're own appeal. The movies were generally bout 1-2 hours longs. A game can be 10s of hours long and convey very different concepts in way cinema just can't.

@drowwpoison I disagree. Old republic stuff is amazing and beyond, but without the OT and PT, it wouldnt exist, not to mention they are of different class. Kotor and swtor and the two trilogies are the last remains of what Star Wars was, no need to compare either or
