China is a very, very powerful, large country, and Taiwan is a tiny island—as far as their respective chances are concerned. — Trump Further statements by the US President: If you look at history: Taiwan developed the way it did only because we had presidents who had no idea what they were doing. They basically stole our chip industry from us. Anyone manufacturing chips in Taiwan should relocate to the USA. The Chinese do not want to see this place—let’s just call it a place, because no one knows how to define it—as independent. I don’t want anyone to become independent. Do we really have to travel 15,000 kilometers to fight a war? I don’t want that.

War does not end when a soldier leaves the battlefield. This short film is about my brother-in-arms Parovoz — a veteran with amputations who now moves through Lviv in a wheelchair and on prosthetics. Together with a journalist, we showed how even simple things like ramps, cobblestones, curbs, or public transport can become daily obstacles for wounded veterans. This is a new reality not only for them, but for all of us. I do this because these are my brothers. All I see lately is people obsessing over follower counts, engagement, algorithms, impressions, “if I hit this number I’ll donate,” while others with huge platforms complain nobody interacts with them enough. It all feels like madness. Meanwhile Ukrainians are just trying to survive another day of this war. Follower counts do not equal moral authority. Virality does not equal impact. Constant arguing, ego, competition and noise help nobody. What matters is helping. Quietly, consistently, together. I’ve been doing this for years without a big platform. I’m also autistic and being online every day already takes a huge amount out of me mentally and emotionally. Once or twice a year I need to step back completely and repair my nervous system. So I’m taking some time off. I wish some people here spent less time building personal brands and more time supporting Ukraine and amplifying Ukrainians. If even large accounts say the algorithm suppresses them, then why are people so obsessed with follower counts in the first place? The app is broken. Just help us instead. Donate if you can. Share fundraisers that show real receipts and transparent reports. Think critically. Listen to Ukrainians carefully. Don’t fall for bullshit just because someone is loud, popular, or good at engagement farming. Just because someone gives himself a war title doesn’t make him a soldier defending Ukraine. Just because someone has followers doesn’t mean they are an effective volunteer. Just because someone is loud doesn’t mean they are helping with sense. When in doubt, look for evidence. Receipts that add up. I work with real Ukrainian commanders who provide accountability and reporting. I’ve helped raise a lot for our defenders from my own small corner of the internet without fanfare, drama or performance. (Ok, I take that back. I have performed where I share my Ukrainian dancing videos but we all know I’m not an influencer and hardly anyone sees or cares about my dance performance! There is freedom and lack of ego with being invisible 😆) Most of us helping quietly are too busy working to turn ourselves into brands. Be well. Take care.
