Hi - Do Qtrade has any reliable customer service? I made a transfer based on your advertised promotion and after 6 months I have not received the promotional offer of up to 5% cashback and there is no response from the customer service

@drsenthil633 @QtradeInvest Did you get through to anyone?? I am also hugely frustrated with their TERRIBLE C.S. team!! They sat on and bundled a Transfer Out for months!! Totally UNACCEPTABLE service for to be in the Financial Industry! Can't get a person in UPPER management to acknowledge and FIX!

@QtradeInvest Can you engage the senior leadership and conduct an investigation into the conduct of the transfer team ! It should not be 4 months to have the appropriate book values for the equities transferred. I have Google shares with BV with $5 CAD giving 4900% profit

@QtradeInvest do you really care for your customers? Takes 20-30 minutes to speak to an agent who shows no respect and have no idea what he is doing . Customers deserve better service. one of my transfer has been taking weeks to complete but no response from qtrade for the delay

@McDonalds Hey - It’s crazy to pay $2.90 USD for a single Hash brown at Denver Airport. A bagel is $2.57 USD. #stopgouging McDonald. I know it’s pricier at the airports but the price of a single has brown is higher than a bagel . Do you import potatoes from Mars

@DollarCars Thanks for finally refunding the $222 overcharge after weeks of denial. No reason given for the gouging . Despite the stress dealing with customer service, no partial or full refund offered. Clearly Dollar Rental does not prioritize customer care.
