@MsPinkBehavior Because they have 3-5 nightly supervisions per week, deal with the most severe discipline events, are the most accountable (state testing, graduation rate, etc) for a district’s accreditation, and in most cases have the largest building in the district.

Why do middle school and high school admin start at higher salaries than elementary admin? Curious. Is this a thing everywhere?

y’all ever just think of random stuff and get mad all over again???? my senior year, one of the faculty found out that “look what u made me do” by t-swift was like nails on a chalkboard to me & made it a point to play it at ANY pep rally/assembly/etc still heated. tbh

So thankful for good leadership.
