This is how you delivered the product without any packaging openly, received defective product and you refuse to return/replace on the same of delivery. Battery is getting drained in just 15 mins and after complaining you simply deny.

@drtrustisin Bought a Dr Trust heating pad via Flipkart. Box/specs mention 55–65°C heat, but actual output is only mild heat (~36–38°C). Support keeps repeating the same response instead of addressing the mismatch. Complaint already filed with National Consumer Helpline Request resolution.
