The fact that these foreigners did not even care enough to call police when a crying kid washed up on the beach in front of them shows they do not belong in Australia.
If a random Chinese kid speaking Chinese washed up on the beach in front of me and was clearly in massive need of help, my first instinct would be to call authorities, even if I could not understand what he was saying.
Genuinely mind boggling that they didn’t even attempt to help him. We don’t understand this psychology, we don’t understand this mindset in the West. Because we come from high trust societies where we believe we owe a duty of care to strangers.

The heroic teen who swam 4km through rough and dangerous waters couldn’t get help because the beach was full of foreigners and nobody could understand him. 13-year-old, Austin Appelbee was on holiday in Quindalup, 200km south of Perth, with his mother and two younger siblings when strong winds pushed their kayak and paddleboards 4km offshore. Austin’s mother sent him to swim back to shore and get help, knowing that he had the best chance of all of them to make it. “I knew he was the strongest and he could do it,” she told the ABC. “I would have never gone because I wouldn’t have left the kids at sea, so I had to send somebody.” After a gruelling four-hour swim, Austin finally made it. He then had to sprint 2km more to get help! He said there were “a lot of foreign people” on the beach who couldn’t understand him, but fortunately he managed to get hold of a phone and call emergency services to rescue his family. “The actions of the 13-year-old boy cannot be praised highly enough. His determination and courage ultimately saved the lives of his mother and siblings,” said Police Inspector James Bradley. However, the little hero remained humble. “I didn’t think I was a hero — I just did what I did,” Austin said.
