If you don't read anything else today, this @TrueCrimeBelieb is spot on. Even if you are not empathetic, everyone has rights under federal law. There seems to be a real problem today with presumed innocent until proven guilty. People inserting preconceived opinions into measurable actions is a slippery and dangerous slope, and taking action on those notions can be a state or federal prosecutorial offense. Bullying and harassment is not tolerated under the law. Cyberstalking, Cyberbullying, or electronic harassment can also be prosecuted under Federal Law (Title 18 U.S. Code § 2261) and is not covered under "Freedom of Speech" no matter how many times the idiots of the internet post otherwise. If you use the internet to intimidate or harass someone to the point that the acts cause the victim to feel fear and emotional distress, you’ve committed a crime under State and/or Federal jurisdiction which can be up to 5 years in Federal Prison, or $250K in fines for each offense. It's also a crime to insight a person or group to target others into Cyberstalking, Cyberbullying, or Harassing an individual, family, friends, or even followers. There is nothing on social media, X Live, YouTube, or any personal electronic device that cannot be recovered and used against you no matter how sleuth you believe you are. Bottom line, If you can't be empathetic at least BE QUIET.

Is it possible someone in Nancy Guthrie’s family is involved in her disappearance? Yes, but it’s also possible that they aren’t. We have to stop bullying and harassing victims families just because they are family members. Because at the end of the day, if they are not involved, you’re only causing more harm to people that are already suffering. We need to have more empathy for people.

@WarpedWingLabs @TrueCrimeBelieb I think their grudge was with current PCSD, Nanos, the Guthries and everyone who supported/shared their very vocal views on immigration. I think they wanted both Nanos incompetency spotlighted and immigrants/cartels blamed. Porch guy’s “cartel-ish” appearance is no accident.

@druser @TrueCrimeBelieb Totally could be more than one involved. If this crime wasn’t for money, then there must’ve been some other goal or ideology that would motivate multiple people to commit it. Politics or religion would have to be up there on the list. What do you think the goal was with Nancy?

@WarpedWingLabs @TrueCrimeBelieb I share your entire theory, though I do think there were 2 people involved and neither would ever sell out the other because both would lose everything they value. I don’t think their motive was ever $ and I don’t think Nancy dying was a part of their plan.

Yeah, I don't think it was a real kidnapping for ransom, either. I do think the ransom notes were from the perpetrator. Just that they were BS. I'd be fascinated to know what forensic linguistics experts know about the writer. They must've built up some sort of profile just from that alone.

@TrueCrimeBelieb I followed all cases that took over national news over the years, but Gabby Petito’s murder & The Idaho 4 murders were the 1st I pursued learning more on-line. Nancy Guthrie’s is the 1st I’ve followed entirely on-line & came to realize the TC community exists. I’m Grandma old.😉

@druser @Amandahhh17 @NerdBirdMafia It’s been quite eye-opening. I had watched the Cyber Sleuth documentary last year because I was interested in the Idaho 4 case once it had been solved, but now the part the documentary focused on about the “true crime community” makes a lot more sense.

@JLRINVESTIGATES A middle of the night abduction in a low crime community is enough to make anybody want to lay low or possibly even abandoned their house. Factor in that the person abducted was your mother and and the suspect is at large— it’s enough to make a person want to abandon their house.

The Sheriff cleared Annie & Tommaso, so they are free to go. They totally left their home. Haven't been there in over a week. Car gone. Same home authorities treated like a crime scene. Where is Nancy Guthrie?
