@OntheBeachUK bank holiday fiasco.. reached destination all excited and get to the hotel only to be told there’s no booking under our names.. sitting in 39C heat with no help via what’s app or calling the customer service no spending more than 200£ only to get a scam call

@OntheBeachUK why take bookings when you work with third party agents who are call boycotted .. appalling customer service and after 4 calls no resolution .. 3 hours wasted with 6 kids getting fed up and exhausted


@OntheBeachUK my flight had been changed by the airline and my transfer hasn’t been updated, I’ve tried through on the beach and the individual transfer with no luck Can someone help?


@OntheBeachUK your phone number says you’ll give us plenty of notice re our honeymoon to Dubai. I’m due to fly on 08th June - only info we’ve had is that our flight has been moved over a full day earlier!!! You’ve absolutely ruined our honeymoon before it’s even started! DM asap


@OntheBeachUK I NEED TO SPEAK TO SOMEONE URGENTLY. You have taken my money but no holiday booking exists. I cannot connect on your phone number to speak directly to anyone and I cant speak to anyone on live chat without a booking reference!





@OntheBeachUK Are you a fraudulent entity? Only you appear to have stolen a refund due to me which was very kindly sent back to you from @easyJet (who are a great company). Unlike you lot who defraud people and then don’t give money back when asked, allegedly of course (😂😂😂)
