ISRAEL/PALESTINE: A PATH TO PEACE 1/Many people believe that there's no peace between Israelis and Palestinians because there's no Palestinian state. They're wrong. In and of itself, a Palestinian state cannot bring peace to the Middle East.

@Mr_Andrew_Fox "Fun" fact: if Arab countries had left Palestinians alone in 1948 and hadn't decided to militarily destroy Israel, Palestinian Arabs would have had no choice but to accept the UN partition plan. There would now be two states and maybe peace...

“Your work here is done. All the genocide libels are falling apart under scrutiny, so we have no more need of you, but you helped set the dogs of Jew-hate running worldwide. We have used you, Palestinian scum, now your Arab betters discard you.” FANTASTICALLY on brand for Qatar. (Palestinians are socially bottom of the pile in the Arab world, in case you didn’t know.)

The US used to be a beacon of human rights. Not anymore. Today, it stands alongside North Korea, Nicaragua, Mali & Russia, isolated. And the world no longer listens to it. #AmericaAlone

Hospitals, journalists, killing kids, all the rest; now we can the total collapse of famine/starvation allegations: x.com/eirikschr/stat… All the blood libels have all fallen apart already. In a righteous world, the media and “genocide scholars” and all the other academics who published fake papers (hi, the Lancet), all the politicians who pushed blood libels, all of them, should be apologising and drummed out of polite society.
Andrew Fox@Mr_Andrew_Fox

For over two years, we told you: Hamas used hospitals for military purposes. The dead “journalists” were combatants. Hamas used child soldiers. That aid was being diverted by Hamas. Tens of thousands of the dead and wounded in Gaza were combatants. Hamas used human shields. And so many other things, all of which are now proven as incontrovertibly true. Yet, not a whisper to set the story straight from the global media who pushed the genocide and war crimes lies since 7th October.

The pro-Palestine virtue signalers and savior-complex grifters have no moral authority. They’ve risked nothing while profiting off Gaza’s tragedy. For Israelis it’s a catastrophe, for the Palestinians and their supporters it’s a calculated strategy.

@hahussain I'm afraid it can't happen for the next decades. MBS could see himself make peace with Israel when he was successful. But now the Saudi leadership is utterly failing. And the problems are structural. From now on MBS will just use Israel as a scapegoat.

Great! Because I was in the room when it was drafted at the Beirut Arab Summit in 2002. The sticking point in this plan is that it demands a Judenrein (Jewish free) Palestine, and demands that Israel, where Arabs are already one fifth of the population, accept the “right of return” of 5.9 million Arabs to Israel. That’ll make Israel half Arab, half Jewish, and therefore, the Jewish state will be a few years away from disappearing. For the Saudi two-state to work, Palestinians and Arabs should accept Jewish sovereignty, aka Zionism. Then, there’ll be an Arab/Muslim Palestine next to a Hebraic/Jewish Israel. If Saudis or Palestinians ever propose such a plan, watch them grab Israel’s attention.
Arash Azizi آرش عزیزی@arash_tehran

@hahussain Fahd Plan of 1981 and the Arab Peace Initiative of 2002. But again you know that and I already know what hackneyed points you’ll bring about it. The idea that Saudis want “destruction of the Jewish state” is entirely unserious

@afalkhatib Palestine has become the tool with which the enemies of the West are trying to destroy the West from within. That's not the Palestinians' fault and it isn't linked to Palestinian aspirations. But it something that needs to be understood and taken into account.

@elicalebon Both are disruptive ideologies. But they mainly align because Communists are morons who think Islamists are their friends and Islamists are more than happy to temporarily ally themselves with morons to gain power and slaughter them later.

Why do Communists and Islamists always align? Because both share the common objective of destroying the free world for a collective dream. The Communist seeks to subordinate individual autonomy to a collective material identity. The Islamist seeks to subordinate individual autonomy to a collective religious identity. They both have to kill the same enemy: the individual.

@Mr_Andrew_Fox @brhodes The IDF is actually the most moral army in the world. Not because Israelis are intrinsically more moral. But because the world holds the IDF at far higher standards than the rest. It doesn't mean all IDF soldiers are moral people though. They're human beings.

@anilaali The Palestinians' "friends" have always had a (more or less) hidden agenda. It's been like at least this since 1948. If foreign actors stopped intervening, peace would have been achieved a long time ago.

Mamdani doesn’t care about the Palestinians. If he did, his focus would be on helping create a future where Palestinians can live in peace and prosperity alongside Israel as their Abrahamic neighbor- not on inflammatory rhetoric and political theater. For decades, the Palestinian cause has been used by politicians, Islamists, and far-left activists as a tool to build movements, raise money, win elections, and radicalize young people. Meanwhile, ordinary Palestinians continue to suffer. If those exploiting this cause truly cared about Palestinians, wouldn’t they have spent their energy building institutions, promoting peace, and supporting a viable future instead of glorifying perpetual victimhood & conflict? The Palestinian cause has become a rallying cry for a red-green alliance of Islamists and far-left activists who share a common goal: dividing Western democracies, portraying America and its allies as the enemy, and mobilizing people through grievance rather than solutions. Israel is not the end goal—it is the symbol they attack. The broader battle is over the values of the West: democracy, pluralism, religious freedom, and the rule of law. We should have the courage to ask who is actually helping Palestinians—and who is simply using their suffering for political power. #israel #Palestinians #Netanyahu #Mamdani #Marxist #Islamist

@mboudry @bartov_omer To know it's not a genocide, you just need to have a shallow grasp of mathematics: during the Rwandan genocide, about 100,000 people per week were murdered using mostly machetes. 1) The IDF has deadlier weapons than machetes. 2) Less than 100,000 Gazans died in 3 years.

Devastating review of @bartov_omer's new book by fellow historian and genocide scholar Benny Morris. But why should Bartov care that his arguments have been dismantled with evidence and historical analysis in a small magazine like @Quillettte? He is destined for yet another round of "moral striptease" (@MattiFriedman) across the global the world, as liberal elites celebrate him as another Repentant Jew ("See, even Israelis admit it now!") "What happened during the IDF counter-offensive in Gaza’s streets—it was a war—was so unlike “genocide” that even a casual reader of genocide literature, say about the Holocaust or the Turkish Muslim massacre of Asia Minor’s Christian communities during 1894–1924, could not avoid noticing the stark differences." "Actual genocides pan out differently. In the Holocaust, Germans and their helpers across Europe raided houses and districts, rounded up Jews, shot some on the spot and herded the rest into cattle cars, imprisoned them in ghettoes where they died of disease and hunger, or ferried them directly to woods and camps where they were shot or gassed, man, woman and child. Similarly, the Muslim Turks who murdered up to a million Armenians in 1915–16 in Asia Minor and the Syrian and Iraqi deserts did not warn their intended victims to flee. They rounded them up, shot dead the able-bodied males, and sent the women, children and elderly on death marches into the mountains and deserts, where most died." quillette.com/2026/07/20/ome…

Disgusted by the genocide libel, which Mamdani repeats as often as he can? There’s horrific precedent to it. Read @adam_louis52328’s latest essential piece in the WSJ. It will blow your mind. “In the wake of the 1994 genocide, Alison Des Forges, then a senior adviser to Human Rights Watch, pointed to genocide inversion as a central means of justifying the genocide against the Tutsis. In rhetoric such as Hutu extremist Léon Mugesera’s 1992 speech, Tutsis were cast as invaders bent on extermination of the Hutus. Such false accusations—especially those that target a population with collective guilt—came to be recognized in later court cases as key indicators of incitement to genocide.”
