@GWRHelp on the train from Plymouth to London Paddington. £100+ ticket. Completely full from the time we got on and now have to stand shoulder to shoulder for 3.5 hour journey along with many many other people and have been told no refreshments are available. Disgraceful #gwr

@dsinnott31 @GWRHelp Your own fault for travelling today as well. Should be travelling a different day or at a quieter time. Not sure what you were expecting to be honest on a bank holiday. Don't forget you have 3rd party companies like Trainline selling tickets as well.

@GWRHelp This is throughout the train. The fact is you shouldn’t be selling this many tickets particularly when they are so expensive. Not that this tweet will change anything. Awful service from a greedy company
