Blessed to have known him and will always remember hanging out with him when he was off duty at TMG. Second best memory was seeing him in action when he took us across town to Xmas party. With great sadness and a heavy heart, we have to inform you that Mercer passed away today. He was the most loyal guide dog who guided @designedbyblind for 9.5 years around the world - in Paris, Lisbon, Vienna, Berlin, New York, San Diego and many other places.
