Leadership confidence is everything. Feeling like it's never been tested quite so much as it is now. Thoughts are with any leader who's confidence has taken a hit. Enjoy the week, reset, and take stock of every little achievement.

You can't beat a warm summer evening in England. Birds and breeze and calm and beer and chatter and relaxation.

When you've got a massive workload and deadline, the joy is in the minutes and the hours. Those little bits of respite. You value them all the more.

I've seen the videos. They're not for me. They do nothing for me. And I mean that literally. I can see the strategy. There have been a lot of clicks I hear. I wonder if the messages have landed where they'd want?
