@Process_Cap @commongoodfilm The 8K (and highlighted in the latest 10Q) says the lump-sum payments and the transfer of the future benefit obligations were entirely funded from plan assets, with no additional funding from the company - so definitely a confusing reaction.

@commongoodfilm Just read the presser - really sounds like a reasonable use of cash and pulls forward the pension liability rather than having any long tail of payouts Interesting that weighed on the stock so much. Between this and MicroBird I think smart reinvestments in the biz lately

Blue Bird $BLBD has been one of those great performers hiding in an unglamorous industry. Up 60% for me. School buses aren’t exciting. That’s exactly why opportunities like this get overlooked.

@IgnoreNarrative @targetedcap1 @PaulBunyanCap Going forward will the dividends for FGFPP be supported and paid through cash flows generated by the assets of FG Nexus? I assume so with the new FGNXP ticker and the CVR details saying only common stockholders will have the right to receive proceeds from those assets

@targetedcap1 @PaulBunyanCap I own ~10,800 shares of common (all purchased, this does not include any RSUs) and ~13,000 shares of the pref (all purchased) I love this deal - protects the legacy assets in a CVR by dramatically reducing administrative burden, and it gives me a free option on FGNX

Back in on $FGF. Market cap currently $21 million pre-market at $16.80. With this transaction you’re getting ~$5/shr worth of ETH, and $4 of cash in the CVR. End up paying $10 million for everything else. CVR won’t trade but not a bad deal if you can stand some illiquidity.
