@EastMidRailway I have to say this has to be the worst train service in the country. Every trip I've made to London this year has ended up with a significant delay. Trains are virtually always late, breakdown, get shortened all for £163 a time!! Even the reclaim website fails.

@LVServices Pretty disappointing service for a supposed top brand. Incorrect advice, no warning they sit on your money, told hard luck they can’t change their process for me. Talk about appalling customer service.
