@Uber_Support I have gone to the link, but I do not see anywhere to contact someone. I only see written responses to per-formulated questions. Those responses do not help with my question. Where can I receive help?

@Uber_Support Hello, Uber Support, I just downloaded the app and am trying to reserve an uber, but an error message says to text 'go' to 827-222, but when I go this, the text message fails every time.
