As I prepare for my 10th call with the IRS this week, I’m starting to understand how the system works. The only thing I want to do: pay my company taxes. But the portal throws an error when I log in. Support is phone-only, so the loop goes like this: 1) I call. Wait 30-60min. They don’t know the issue or what I should do. 2) They point to a blocker “on my end” or give me another number. 3) I hang up, research it, and find out it’s not on my end. 4) I call back, now better prepared. They find another blocker. 5) I research again. Still not on my end. 6) Repeat until you’ve seen every possible failure mode and can guide support to fix it. Very optimized system => it turns customers into experts. At this point, I’m basically debugging the IRS from the outside. anyone needs help? 😁

Day 2/14: Building a $1M agent for team-led LinkedIn growth One founder told me: “We post randomly. How can I know if LinkedIn is worth our time.” That hit because I’ve felt the same thing: no visibility on return = no motivation I found an interesting way of calculating $$ return of each post comparing with Linkedin Ads. Media value = (impressions / 1000) × CPM Assuming LinkedIn CPM avg $20 for B2B. My team generated 128K impressions in 3 weeks → $2,560 in equivalent ad spend. That's exciting!! On the MBA you learn something simple that is core: If your $1 on mkt generates 3x revenue, run it all day. That's what i think about using paid ads and build in public: It depends your stage, if you have more money or more time if you're working on PMF you need to build sustainable growth channels the organic channels compound over time Ads stop when you stop paying Build in public isn't just content. It's a sustainable acquisition channel.

one of my takeaways about clawdbot is that end users want to use as interface the msg apps we are already using (whatsapp, telegram, etc.) not chatgpt, claude i still think there is big opportunity in builing inside whatsapp as interface (connecting on backend to other applications). Billions of users worldwide. Haven't seen many lately
