@laplanduk I applied for a refund as directed via your external company and they have refused our request as coronavirus is not one of the specified circumstances that they cover. As per your email LaplandUK have no involvement in this process.

@Tesco please advise if your policy for elderly shopping has changed since restrictions have been eased? My elderly and disabled mother has been shopping in your Andover store most Friday mornings in-line with previous communications but she is finding it increasingly frustrating

Listening to Harry Potter & The Philosophers stone on audible books. My step-daughter always said she never wanted to read the Harry Potter books as they sounded rubbish, but she is loving the first one! I am so pleased as I grew up reading them. @jk_rowling #lockdownbooks
