@dubemernest Makes sense, but I don’t think switching languages is my goal. One can still build solid backend systems with Node if you understand the core concepts well. For me, the goal right now is mastering backend fundamentals, and Node lets me do that faster because of familiarity.

@Gifftybabe If you truly want to move from FE to BE then leave nodejs for now. Learn Golang, java or C(if you can do it) first. You can easily pickup with Nodejs later as you are already familiar with JavaScript but these other languages will open a lot of doors for you.
