@IrishRainforest There is a hidden treasure in Rush, North County Dublin. It’s a small strip of ancient woodland which was once part of the Kenure estate. Rush is known as the peninsula of the yew, Ros Eó. Well worth a visit if yew are in this neck of the woods 🌳

Don't buy the industry + government hype. Monoculture tree plantations do NOT help against climate breakdown: they worsen it. They spell death for nature + local communities too. We need more REAL, not fake, forests. 🌎

This is 19 year old Miley Doran from Carlow. Two years ago he spotted a small child and a mother drowning in the River Barrow. He shot to action and saved them both. Miley then went home, had a shower and didn't tell a single person about what happened. 1/2

Bright aurora borealis over the Captains, Skerries last night. The light in the distance was a ship that never seemed to leave, would take ages to clone out given its intensity so have just left it in the shot.
