Nested menus have existed on the web for decades, and the debate about how to make them accessible isn’t over. Good thread… would love to see it turned in to an article with an exploration of the different views.

@hfx_ben @Zendesk There is a open issue about improving the report a problem tool - github.com/wet-boew/GCWeb… - I already let know the group responsible for that feature. Off course, having a documented full use case will better support any suggestion. Feel free to contribute to it.

@hfx_ben @ITGeek It is because the "file://" protocol do not return the header about the file type. There is may be a way to change that in the browser settings.

@hfx_ben I was able to reproduce your issue when I try to access directly the multimedia player as a local file. The browser (Chrome and Firefox) don't allow to load other js scripts asynchronous. You need to access it from a http server, like via http://localhost

@hfx_ben I think they are intentionally duplicated. I think the structure has changed over time and the other structure was kept to avoid a breaking changes. I don't know all the background.

@hfx_ben You might need to run it behind an http server, like Apache or IIS. There is some functionality that is not available when you access it via a simple file system.
