Today, I am going to red-pill you about obesity. Make sure you bookmark and share this post: 1. Severe Obesity and Increased Mortality Risk: In the Sydney Diet-Heart Study, severe obesity was linked to a staggering 93% increased mortality risk, outpacing even the 62% rise associated with high vegetable oil intake. This highlights obesity as the predominant global health pandemic. 2. Impact of Vegetable Oils on Inflammation and Obesity: The consumption of vegetable oils, which are high in omega-6 fatty acids, exacerbate inflammation and contribute to obesity. This is due to their ability to alter the balance of omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids in the body, leading to severe inflammatory processes that can drive weight gain and related health issues. Missed my red-pilling tweet about vegetable oils yesterday? Check the tweet below to discover the truth and dangers associated with them. 3. Life Expectancy Loss During Covid: During the 'pandemic', the impact on life expectancy varied significantly depending on underlying health conditions. Specifically, individuals with hypertension experienced a loss of 5 years, those with type II diabetes faced a reduction of 6 years, and obesity led to a decrease of 10 years in life expectancy. Interestingly, Covid alone, without any of these conditions, did not result in a loss of life expectancy. Please ask yourself, why was the whole world shut down while politicians were promoting free fast food for getting vaccinated? 4. Covid Hospitalizations and Obesity: A study by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) found that a striking 78% of patients hospitalized due to Covid were either overweight or obese. This statistic highlights the vulnerability of individuals with excess weight. So why did politicians demand the closure of all gyms instead of demanding that obese people use the treadmill? 5. Obesity and Vitamin D Deficiency: Obesity is often associated with lower levels of vitamin D due to less time spent outside and a higher blood volume. This deficiency can cause health issues in obese individuals, as vitamin D plays a crucial role in immune function, inflammation regulation, and overall health. Instead of ensuring that the entire population has vitamin D blood serum levels of at least 50 ng/mL, politicians locked people up inside their homes, preventing them from being exposed to the sun. 6. Inflammation Levels in Obesity: Obese individuals typically exhibit higher levels of systemic inflammation. This chronic inflammation is a key factor in the development of various obesity-related diseases, including cardiovascular diseases, diabetes, and certain types of cancer. Discussing cancer, wasn't it odd that nurses and doctors managed to perform hospital dances while millions of cancer screenings were canceled under the pretext of a supposedly deadly pandemic? 7. High Fat, High Sugar Diet and Liver Health: A diet rich in both fats and sugars can have a detrimental effect on liver health, often leading to non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD). This condition is closely linked with obesity and metabolic syndrome, and can significantly impact overall health and lead to obesity. 8. Global Cost of Obesity: The worldwide cost of obesity is a whopping $1 trillion annually. This financial burden is particularly heavy in the Eastern Mediterranean and American regions, as well as in OECD countries like Mexico and Brazil. 9. Obesity and Intestinal Dysbiosis: The condition of obesity is closely connected with intestinal dysbiosis, a disturbance in the balance of gut microbiota. This imbalance, often characterized by an increase in pro-inflammatory bacterial strains, exacerbates obesity by disrupting metabolic homeostasis and promoting chronic inflammation. Such dysbiosis, which can be both a result and a contributor to obesity, highlights the importance of gut health in managing obesity and its related metabolic disorders. 10. Genetic Predisposition: Did you know that 43% of the global population carries the FTO gene, most commonly associated with obesity? Historically, this gene was an evolutionary advantage, aiding our ancestors in storing fat during times of scarcity. However, in today's abundant world, it increases the risk of obesity. Yet, obesity is ultimately a choice, and attributing it solely to the FTO gene is a weak excuse to avoid taking personal responsibility. 🔥 Final Thoughts: Obesity is a multifactorial condition with extensive impacts on health, including a heightened risk of chronic diseases, diminished quality of life, psychological challenges, and increased healthcare costs. The dangers of visceral fat, a type of body fat stored within the abdominal cavity, are particularly notable as they significantly contribute to health risks. However, a post that only highlights problems without addressing the root causes is only half as useful. Here are some approaches to help you take back control of your own health: ▪️Opt for healthier cooking fats like lard, avocado oil, butter, ghee, and olive oil instead of vegetable oils, as outlined in my recent tweet. ▪️Ensure adequate Omega-3 index and vitamin D serum levels to combat body inflammation. Ready for more red-pills about Vitamin D and Omega-3? Then please follow my professional account @sunfluencer. ▪️Engage in physical activities such as weightlifting, cross-fit, and outdoor exercises in sunlight. Avoid a sedentary lifestyle, which is a major factor in obesity. ▪️Consume organic red meat with a beneficial omega-6 to omega-3 fatty acid ratio and include wild-caught fatty fish in your diet weekly. ▪️Reevaluate medication needs with your healthcare provider, especially after dietary and lifestyle changes, as they might no longer be necessary. ▪️Follow a diet similar to your ancestors – rich in fish, meat, eggs, liver, roots, and red berries. ▪️Reduce exposure to toxins, including those in deodorants, fluoridated water, and processed foods laden with harmful additives and glyphosate. ▪️Cultivate healthy gut bacteria by consuming probiotic foods such as sauerkraut, kimchi, and kombucha. Be aware of sugar cravings, which could indicate a candida overgrowth. ▪️Practice mindful eating to develop a healthier relationship with food, focusing on the quality and nutritional value of what you consume. Consider doing intermittent fasting. ▪️Limit intake of sugars, alcohol, drugs, and excessive gluten to prevent gut inflammation and related health issues. Excessive gluten, in particular, can impact the gut's tight-junctions, which are crucial for maintaining the intestinal barrier. When these junctions are compromised, it can lead to increased intestinal permeability, allowing undigested particles to enter the bloodstream and potentially causing systemic inflammation. That’s it for today. Please spread this information by sharing and liking this post, and give me a warm follow if you found it helpful. Cheers, Simon :) P.S. Someone please tell Elon Musk that he should absolutely stop eating doughnuts if he values his health and well-being. Doughnuts are a triple threat to anyone's health due to their high sugar, gluten, and unhealthy fat content. The sugar in doughnuts spikes blood glucose levels, contributing to insulin resistance and increasing the risk of obesity and type 2 diabetes. Gluten, especially in the refined flour used in doughnuts, can damage gut integrity, potentially leading to inflammation and a range of digestive issues. Additionally, the trans fats and Omega-6 fatty acids prevalent in doughnuts are notorious for raising inflammations, posing a serious risk to cardiovascular health. Consuming such nutritionally deficient foods is akin to fueling high-performance SpaceX engines with vegetable oils. For someone like Elon Musk, who relies on peak mental and physical performance, indulging in doughnuts is not just a poor dietary choice; it's an outright disregard for his body's needs.

Today, I am going to red-pill you about vegetable oils. Make sure you bookmark and share this post: 1. Unnatural Extraction Process: Unlike coconut or olive oil, which can be extracted through pressing, seed oils like canola, soybean, and corn oil require unnatural methods for extraction. They undergo processes involving high heat and chemical solvents like petroleum, leading to oxidation and the formation of trans fats even before they reach your kitchen. 2. A Modern Dietary Addition: Industrial seed oils are a recent addition to our diet, exploding in consumption from virtually zero in the early 1900s to 70 lbs per year per person today. This dramatic increase corresponds with a surge in chronic health issues, suggesting a link between seed oil consumption and modern diseases. 3. Omega-6 and Inflammation: Vegetable oils are high in Omega-6 fatty acids, especially linoleic acid, which is a precursor to pro-inflammatory eicosanoids. These molecules can cause chronic inflammation and contribute to autoimmune diseases. The excessive consumption of Omega-6, without the balance of Omega-3, exacerbates these health issues. 4. Oxidative Stress and Cancer: Studies have shown that diets high in vegetable oils, particularly linoleic acid, lead to oxidative stress, mitochondrial dysfunction, and genetic damage. These factors are instrumental in promoting cancer, with some studies revealing a fourfold increase in metastasis in diets high in these oils. 5. Increased Mortality Rate: Over a seven-year study, groups consuming high amounts of vegetable oil had a 62% greater all-cause mortality rate compared to those with lower consumption. This risk increase is more significant than that associated with heavy smoking or obesity. 6. Heart Disease Risk: The Minnesota Coronary Experiment found that participants who increased their intake of corn oil and margarine had an 86% higher incidence of heart attacks. Despite lower cholesterol levels, the vegetable oil group had a significantly higher mortality rate from heart attacks. 7. Cardiovascular Deaths: The MARGARIN Study revealed that the group consuming margarine high in linoleic acid from vegetable oils had a 700% higher rate of strokes, heart attacks, and cardiovascular deaths compared to a group consuming Omega-3-rich fish oil. This stark difference underscores the health risks of high vegetable oil consumption. Remember, the key to a healthier life is understanding what you're putting into your body. Rethink your oil choices and opt for natural, minimally processed fats. Cheers, Simon (@goddek)

1/4 The theory that Cholesterol ‘blocks arteries’, causing heart attacks and strokes is an illusion that does not stand up to any physiological, experimental, epidemiological or clinical argument. Contrary to current dogma, Statins do not prevent heart disease or reduce /2

I quit eating bread products several months ago and had the following outcomes. 1. I drifted down to my ideal BMI without any conscious dieting. 2. My continuous full-body inflammation and aching that I assumed was age-related disappeared completely. 3. My sinuses opened and my sense of smell returned. (I lost it 20 years ago, but sometimes it returns. Seems to be staying this time.) I recommend experimenting for one month without eating bread. See if anything improves.

They don’t want us to eat meat and eggs. They want us to eat Pop Tarts, Fruit Loops, and Instant Oatmeal. They don’t want us to fast. They want us to eat small meals and snacks throughout the day. Canola oil good. Tallow bad. No direct sun. Stay inside/use sunscreen. Does any of this make sense in regards to long term mental and physical health? No. Wake up, my friends.

Claiming red meat causes diabetes is absurd, since scientists have known for 50y+ that sugar/carbohydrate cause this disease. 😂 Harvard puts out anti-meat papers nearly weekly. Whatever the intention here, it is not about science or human health
Julian Mellentin@JulianMellentin

Why mainstream media is not a credible source of information: 1. This press release from Harvard is dated today. You can see for yourself here: bit.ly/45xcmEE 2. And already HUNDREDS of media outlets have reproduced it, within 3 hours of its publication. Here's an example below. 3. Which means that most (none?) of the "journalists" won't have actually read the study or done any investigation. 4. Funnily enough every article looks just like the press release! 5. Most of the mainstream media exists to reproduce press releases. And that means they are often (usually?) producing misinformation. 6. Journalism in the sense of asking questions and thinking is dead in most of the mainstream media.

What we know about nutrition is dwarfed by what we don’t know. Thus, we should eat what our species has eaten for the greatest amount of time (evolutionary trial & error). Humans have eaten meat for 100% of our time on this planet (wild & domesticated) Humans have eaten grains for 4% of our time Humans have eaten refined sugar for 0.66% of our time Humans have eaten veg oils for 0.03% of our time What else??
