@AcctBannedIn321 @dramerling @LDLSkeptic @ElieJarrougeMD @PrevMedHealth As I suspected, and I'm very sorry to hear this, but please do not add insult to injury by using yet another toxic drug (a Statin) which will worsen your outlook. Your LDL is too low already. LDL has a vital role in immunity, and you need that protection right now !
English

Statins have zero physiological relevance to heart disease and major toxicity directly caused by interfering with cholesterol biosynthesis. They should all be withdrawn. @holmanm @LDLSkeptic @ElieJarrougeMD frontline.news/post/cholester…

1/5 Statins are Mycotoxins:
Statins do their damage in two ways. By their Mevalonate Blockade and their Toxic content.
The lactone ring of Mycotoxins such as Ochratoxin A mimic the HMG-CoA Reductase molecule in order to inhibit it, which in turn enables Statins to block the /2

@ShtBlackwood @ionabryony I also gave up statins 23 years ago, despite the ‘experts’ giving me 5 years max (I have FH). Went low carb then keto now carnivore. Still alive and kicking, zero meds, healthier than most people 1/2 my age and looking 20 years younger Thank you, cholesterol!
English

@holmanm Happy birthday! And thank you for all your research, and explaining what you've found so clearly to all of us!! You've blessed so many people in your work to keep us healthy!

@AcctBannedIn321 @dramerling @LDLSkeptic @ElieJarrougeMD @PrevMedHealth What was the root cause of your MI ? Vaccine ? @PrevMedHealth would have to explain to me how Pitavastatin or Lipitor (both known cell toxins) would lower inflammation, because it's impossible.
English

@dramerling @holmanm @LDLSkeptic @ElieJarrougeMD What about low dose pitavastatin 1mg for cardio inflammation? People like @PrevMedHealth Dr. Brewer advocate for this vs normal dose.
I had a Type 2 MI w/AFIB RVR of 200 last week, got prescribed 40mg Lipitor w/ LDL 80 HDL 62 Triglycerides 40! I cut it in 4ths- taking 10mg.

@TomMcGuire_12 Why plant based ? Are you still fearful of dietary cholesterol ?
English

@holmanm Stopped the statin after just 30 days…not for me..went whole food plant based and it turned everything around..

@kryzia_marie @DanielWild30411 Your poor mom, having her worry about this at her age. Good grief, what is the world coming to ! ♥️
English

@holmanm @DanielWild30411 😂 Just got the last part of your comment! So true!
English

@jbarrycollins1 Fantastic news Barry
In my opinion you just dodged a huge bullet !
English

@holmanm I stopped my statins and went carnivore because of your posts and my early Parkinson’s symptoms! I feel great!
English

@TheRealKildare @dramerling @LDLSkeptic @ElieJarrougeMD It's not only random, total cholesterol is a meaningless number because it tells you nothing about your risk of heart disease. As an isolated predictor, of CVD it falls way short. Trig:HDL ratio as a surrogate marker for insulin resistance is a more reliable marker for CVD risk.
English

@kryzia_marie @DanielWild30411 It wouldn't concern me. In the 1970’s guidelines set the threshold for BP at 140/90 mm Hg for people younger than age 65 and 150/80 mm Hg for those ages 65 and older. What changed apart from pharmaceutical company greed ?
Tell your mom to stop worrying, it will elevate her BP 😉
English

@holmanm @DanielWild30411 My 82 yo mom just called me in a panic asking for homeopathic ways to lower blood pressure. Hers is 144/77. Based on what you said above, other than stopping carbs, is this a concerning level, in your opinion? It isn’t to me but I’m not nearly as well read as you are.
English

3/3 drugs, but in my opinion it's an exceptionally high proportion.

@megormsby @Roncosmano1 That's one way to kill people 3 times faster !
English

@Roncosmano1 @holmanm Haha!
Nexletol is Bempedoic acid.
Nexlizet is Bempedoic combined with Ezetimibe.
Esperion is trialling triple therapy, that is Bempedoic, Ezetimibe and Atorvastatin!
