@macktronics @davepl1968 They weren't as existent in the early 2000s - a lot of open source stuff didn't have windows support yet back then. 7zip was still pretty new. Cli on Windows sucked because no powershell yet

Agree that one should support shareware but as a non windows user I’ve never understood why people add the friction of using rar when roughly comparable open source alternatives exist. For example I wouldn’t download putty anymore, I’d just use ssh. I guess it must be for people who drag and drop files?

Yesterday I was in the emergency room because me memory failed so badly that I didn't understand where I was, or know anything that had happened in the last six months. I thought it was mid October. Also did not know what Tylenol was, which is a great way to confuse a nurse.
