Using a Blender plugin called Procedural Crowds, she generated digital people en masse to show the real scale of her audience. First, she started small: 1,000 people, already looking like a mini music festival. Then, she multiplied that by 10 to get 10,000 in a long, snaking line. Another 10× jump brought the total to 100,000, and finally, doubling that filled the scene with 200,000 simulated humans. The result? One week from today, @artonblockchain's LIFT (a self portrait) will be offered on @artblocks_io as an ‘English Auction with Settlement’, held over a twenty four hour period. The auction will start on August 14th, 2025 at 9:00 AM (PT) before ending on August 15th, 2025 at 9:00 AM (PT) -- with no time extension. There will be a total of 1,000 onchain artworks across the procedurally generated collection. Mint #0 will be reserved for the artist and Mint #999 is reserved for later placement.
