@aka_yazi @tarkov @DSTEMOfficial This one physically made me sad when it happened. I remember it was early so we had no red rebels and paracords so we had to take train. Killed Gluhkar and his boys and a few PMCs. Money galore in that run. Just for him to put you down like a dog.

@tarkov Playing with @duecems32 and @DSTEMOfficial and trying to extract vis the Train on Reserve and DSTEM team kills me cause I was a Timmy and fell on the tracks and needed to get on the train from the end. I still laugh about that so much

@nikgeneburn I think a 6/10 is reasonable for pvp. I think if pve was more accessible it would be higher. I do believe there needs to be catch up mechanics or better ammo available for specific guns at Level 2 traders as soon as people start hitting 30-40 the game becomes a chore for casuals

a lot of good stuff in this review, but also a lot of focus on technical issues and story (?) thank you for your feedback! long live more polished extraction games thats for sure! well noted, could be 7 from IGN though, but.. okay 😅

@bearki I think for most extraction shooters I would stand by that. But idk this one had a chance to have a great community balance between friendly and pvp. With solos being friendlier and duos/squads being more pvp focused. With obviously some outliers that made you wary.

i like the feeling of being on edge because it makes it that much more exciting when i make it out. when i duo and we die to a trio, its rare that we lose just because it was a 3v2, its usually that we were impatient and made a bad choice in a fight. sorry for the ramble yeehaw

call me crazy but i like going in solo or with a duo in arc raiders and not knowing how many people are on a team i’m fighting. having solo or duo only queues kinda takes away from the charm of extraction shooters imo

@onepeg See, I actually think ARC is a community building game. Whether you make friends or enemies. You build! Personally I run around trying to make friends in solos. And murder anything that moves in squads.

@MsSavageAF This is where accountability partners come in. Gotta find someone to remind you of why you are doing it. Whether thats @bbjess being a motivational friend killing it out there. Or to get back to where you want. Whatever. But having that third party helps so fucking much.

My motivation just disappeared faster than my ex did.
