Russian #wheat stocks are rising. Export momentum is not. As of Feb 1, on-farm grain stocks reached 28.3 mmt (+22% YoY), with wheat at 16.5 mmt (+21%) — the highest level since 2023. January sales slipped back below average as exporter demand softened amid Black Sea disruptions. Inventories are building across most key regions.
