Qantas dumps economy passengers luggage to lighten plane to take off from Darwin’s damaged runway. @Qantas

@Qantas - flight cancelled by call center. Hung up on us when they realised their mistake. Delayed baggage with no communication on when or how they will be delivered. No way to reasonably contact without a 7h wait on hold. Something Ryanair isn’t even capable of! Please help..
