@imjustinbloomer @JohnBlacko @AthleticsNI Hi Justin. We include a few weeks of light running at the start of a new season. Sprinkled with short hills and fartlek. But as soon as the sessions return, threshold is part of the schedule. The sessions vary but very few weeks of full training don't contain threshold

@JohnBlacko @AthleticsNI @dunleavye Just finished watching it tonight. Emmet if you don't mind, I have one question. Do you do threshold training all year round? Most literature out there recommends a substantial base period of low intensity training before beginning threshold work
