25 'target' was 22.33 (wish had old work computer w/ real fuel vs projected '25) vs 23.36 generated
however exports ~1.07 d4s, 0.06 D5s + 0.47 D6s so -1.6 leaving 21.76 vs 22.33 so maybe bank at best 3B probably 2.8ish

You know what nobody saw tonight in the rule that came out during happy hour? Renewable diesel equivence goes down, not to 1.6 but to 1.5, in 2027. That makes the 2027 RVO a LOT higher than it looks.

Interesting results What we know - with supplemental the total volume is 26.81 billion hard to see us net generating more than 14.2 D6s Cellulosic is 1.36; only question is how many D5s which is probably 200-500mm thats a lot of D4s needed

@salr_nyc The funniest thing about the replies to this thread is the worst neighbors I've ever in my life (50+ yrs chi, bos , nyc &others) have been spoiled entitled rich kids living off mommy or daddy's money not people lucky enough to live in the building - imo anyway

My experience tells me that this is false. We had lived in a Related building on the UES. We could tell who won the lottery for an affordable unit. These were among the best and nicest families in our building. The best neighbors one could imagine. Grateful people. Our friends.

every luxury rental building in NYC has the same reviews "great amenites and location but 20% of the units are affordable housing and residents smoke weed in the hallways, also packages sometimes get robbed and someone got shot earlier this year"
