@Aaronontheweb @petabridge Gotcha. I am looking at maintaining a read index of all children of an actor. So, a Folder Actor that is parent to many File actors. I need a view that can quickly return a list of files. Was considering using this to update a FolderIndex actor containing list of all files.

Is there a reason to use Persistence.Query in Akka.NET now after Persistence added async callbacks to Persist(All)(Async) methods in 1.5.57? Can't you just update your read model there and not wait for journal (and deal with tagging)? @petabridge

@MrBildo @jonas1ara Same. DDD, CQRS, Even Sourcing. All done in F#. Domain modeling is much (MUCH) easier to express in F# than in C# and I have done both now for over 10 years.
