@jwgoerlich We also have to start properly characterizing the bugs: "works as designed" -> "design bug" "user/driver/pilot error" -> "UX bug" "social engineering" -> ${we need a good term here} All of these are bugs. Understanding the *kind* of bug is important for figuring out solutions.
