Why is everyone attacking remote and hybrid working all of a sudden? As the founder of multiple businesses that permit hybrid working, I recognize that there are benefits to being in the office, especially when it comes to building culture, training new joiners, and solving problems. Still, as a former employee, I also recognize the pain of daily commutes and the value of spending time at home with family. Truth be told, there's no one-size-fits-all. Remote works wonders for some, not all. The essence? Recognizing where it fits. Broad mandates? Perhaps not the solution. Flexibility? That might be the golden key. Let's embrace it, rather than resist. Because it's sometimes about WHERE you work, but always about HOW you work.
