@slayerfestx98 Most pilot scripts get re-done a ton. I can name tons of shows that this happened with. It’s normal for a pilot sadly. & is something they work on when it goes to series. But the exec not liking it or its history. That’s the biggest issue unfortunately. It’s sad for all involved!

Just wanna say this is incorrect - it had issues but SMG is not lying. All my sources, who have been correct through every step of this, had been saying what SMG said here. I was told the exec overseeing it didn’t care about Buffy over a month ago AND even got a name.

I've reviewed hundreds of resumes from people in this exact cycle and the biggest pattern I see is folks applying to 30+ jobs a day with the same generic resume, getting nothing back, then feeling worse. Cut it to 5 targeted applications a day where you actually tailor the first two bullet points to match the job description; the response rate difference is night and day and it gives your brain a win to hold onto.

Pain of an unemployed person: • You wake up late, but still feel tired • Every day feels the same • You apply for jobs daily, no replies • Phone notifications give hope, then nothing • Family keeps asking “Any update?” • Friends slowly stop calling • You start avoiding people • Money feels tight all the time • You feel guilty even while resting • Confidence slowly goes down • You start doubting yourself • Skills are there, opportunity is not • Motivation comes and goes • Nights are full of overthinking • You feel stuck and helpless • You are trying, but no one sees it
