@kuso_otoko Clapped out AKM, Colt SMG, or a stamped SMG like the Interdynamic MP-9, Spectre M4, Walther MP, etc. If reload animations could swing the magazine inside the grip, something like a standard (full-size) Uzi or suppressed MAC-11 are also potential options.

The view from inside the broader gun movement, with raw data in front of me, is always interesting. Some states fight like cornered animals. They call their legislators a dozen times, get their friends to call, get their coworkers to call. They write letters. They drive hours to protests. They are ready to go down swinging. Gun stores actually get involved, put up fliers, and even close during days of hearings. Those states are often the ones that hold off gun bans for years, even with Democrat supermajorities across the entire government. Other states are full of blackpillers who give up immediately after losing an election and get rolled just as fast. The FFLs say they “do not want a target on their back.” Citizens say, “Why bother fighting, just do not comply.” Twitter fills up with edgy posts, but no one actually does anything.

@ArmedJ0y I completely agree. It's not fun/sexy, I'm just of the opinion that the 2A sanctuary wave was an effective way to convince people to get involved. Much harder now cuz everyone is blackpilling and there's no rapidly updating sanctuary map to point at showing they're not alone.

@dvdot_ Isn't as sexy but that's where the real work is. Meanwhile in NM we barely have to ask people to do stuff, we call them and they're already like "oh we know, whole office is taking off work, we'll be there."

@ArmedJ0y One problem VA has that nobody really seems to talk about is that we already *did* a lot of fighting like that back in 2020. We can't really do the whole wave of 2A sanctuaries again because we already did it, and trying to get people involved in the legislature Isn't as sexy

@ArmedJ0y The latter is definitely VA, and it's the most discouraging thing ever how everyone I try and talk to for contracting state reps... just don't follow through. It feels like everyone has just immediately folded and now just winge and complain online, it sucks.

@ArmedJ0y It feels like everybody has just given up. There's been no real widespread attempt by local (or national) organizations to organize, & most people I've seen online are just telling VA residents to run away & "vote with their feet", which doesn't help. It's really discouraging.

Kinda goes to show how apathetic and dead everyone has become that we went from Lobby Day in Virigina over the mere threat of a gun ban pulling thousands of people... To post electing a literal Everytown plant, there being like maybe a hundred out?
