I got my parents a hardware wallet for their bitcoin so they could get it off the exchange. It sat in the box for 5 years, with frequent reminders and offers to help them. It was just too overwhelming for them. Then I showed them @MannaBitcoin. They withdrew their coins immediately. It was easy. They understood it and felt comfortable with it. Once they learned how to self custody on Manna, it was a much smaller step to get them into cold storage. Manna is a fantastic step to self custody for beginners.
