It made me think — is it just the algorithm pushing negativity, or do we as a society connect more with someone’s downfall than their success? Maybe losses feel more relatable. Maybe they make people curious, or even a little relieved — that they’re not the only ones struggling. And maybe success… feels distant, intimidating, or just harder to react to. No complaints, just an observation. But it does say a lot about what really grabs attention — and what quietly gets ignored.

I do post. Infact a lot of daily mtms.. Trading is a lonely job. There are no appreciations or recognitions. Not even your family. You can’t proudly say you are a full time trader in a family get together… they see you only as a gambler ! So I do post just to motivate myself and create fame and popularity and there by one day I can show them (naysayers) how tough the journey was…how many mistakes I have done and how many times I resurrected from those pitfalls ..And finally how I sailed through not by gambling but only through applying probabilities and proper risk management! IMHO This happens in every other hard to win jobs/industry.. be it politics or cinema industry or sports !! So Happy trading and let it be a profitable one ! You'll see an account on social media flashing MTM or a flashy lifestyle. You'll be impressed & want to do the same. You'll enroll in his course, trying to replicate whatever he does. You'll be very excited in the beginning, journaling & copying every step he takes. Afterwards you'll start getting frustrated, wondering why you can't make a profit even though your mentor seems to make a killing on most days. You'll push harder. You'll take loans & find any way to raise capital because it feels like everyone around you is making money. It's just a matter of time. After six months, you'll lose most of that borrowed money & finally realise your mentor was never actually making any real money in the first place. I used to be terrible at risk management. Taking a loss used to hurt - just like it does for most beginners. But over time, something changed. I didn’t quit. I stayed in the market, survived the bad phases, and slowly my mind adapted. Losses stopped hurting, SL became normal, and discipline became natural. That’s how trading works: first you learn to survive, then you learn to break even, and only then you start becoming profitable..
