@dvorborg VRS in Asia is weirder since tournament orgs are hosting regional events only which boosts their country's teams only. China only events that pushes China up the rankings without open qualifiers

The landscape is so different for ~tier 3 right now.
As an org, you HAVE to invest in your team traveling across atleast Europe, preferably the world - close to impossible to break through if not.
And as players, that capability of an org is more important than salary (aslong as you can live your life).
And as soon as you get a proper VRS rank as a core, your value sky rockets, because the system is built so incredibly poor for new teams and lower ranked teams

I would say a "big first goal" for many is to do 5k in 25 minutes or less. Which I would say is a very good time for someone just doing it as a hobby.
But if you can't currently run a 5k, if you can get below 30 it's good.
Same as with weights, it's just about progress. You vs you.

What is a good time to aim for when looking to improve my 5k run? I currently can't run a full 5k (probably) and I'm considering just doing a month of cardio to see what changes with my body.
Any tips or apps other resources/videos that you recommend are welcome :) just leave them down below or shoot them over in a DM.
