I don't know women recognise this, but hairfall in men isn't the same as women facing hairfall due to take care.
Men facing hairfall is literally cuz they're a man (testosterone->DHT).
And no, surgery isn't an easy option, it's expensive temporary unsafe solution. (1/2)
