While performing neck dissection ICA can be encountered looping posterior to IJV. It can be confused with the lymph node. If not cautious injury to ICA is eminent. WLE with Left #SND I-IV and primary closure for #carcinomatongue.

The baby recovered without any neurological deficit. Retrospectively, it seems it was worth taking the challenge.

FB (kidney bean) in trachea blocking the Carina in a 13 months baby. Received seven cycles of CPR. Had no choice than to proceed with rigid #bronchoscopy and removed it. Credit to all who were involved in resuscitation and Mx (#ER, #anesthesiologist, #pediatrician, #nurses).
