@NiuSanford @riadsalemIR @OncoAlert Yes, percutaneous catheter-based HDR (brachyablation) ,now included in ESMO guidelines and practiced at our center. Though not widely used, it is single-shot, not limited by vessel proximity, exophytic growth, or central location, and less size-dependent than thermal ablation.

@HardenedBeam @SimitSapkota @oncologyop The trick? Keep the hot stuff ( high isodose ) safely tucked inside the applicator- between skin and catheters. One of our past cases pulled it off nicely, and the long-term results agree. Precision therapy, not a burn!
