@KowalskiKit Oh poor diddums. They weren't getting enough diversity & inclusion value from their ACON marriage? In reality - the public demanded it. The optics were shite. It's impact on journalism produced bias in content & by omission. Australians deserve better from the ABC.

I wonder how much @dye_phil’s recent petition to Parliament to end @ABCaustralia’s compromising relationship with @ACONhealth played in to the decision for the Abc and ACON to part ways? Are they trying to avoid an enquiry as to how ideologically compromised they really are? Seems disingenuous to focus on the measly $12K in costs when the National Broadcaster has provided millions in “free” propaganda supporting dangerous and debunked medical practices, and safeguarding failures, many of which are focussed on kids. outinperth.com/abc-pulls-out-…

@dye_phil @angijones @ABCaustralia @ACONhealth If parents actually knew what was really happening in classrooms in Victoria, I think most would be shocked and outraged. Most don't know the full extent; and only register fully when it's their kid who has been targeted/groomed.

In Victoria, a key election question needs to be: Do you allow The State to tell your son that with drugs, he can become a girl?

ABC has reportedly left Pride in Diversity and the Diversity Council of Australia. This is a key step in dismantling the hold that ACON has over the Australian government. It's not enough to eventually win this debate after many years of fighting for the principles of evidence-based medicine in "gender-affirming care." We must fix the system that was able to severely limit reasonable dissent from appearing in the academic record.

Canada banned therapists from helping kids to understand the truth about their sex, and all of our politicians voted for it, including the Conservatives. The ban doesn’t just apply to therapists. Anyone, including parents, can be charged with the crime of conversion therapy for helping a child to avoid having body parts cut off and being sterilized. We are so far behind the U.S. in fixing this. We are, in fact, behind every country in the world.

Colorado banned therapists from telling kids the truth: you cannot change your gender, and gender-transition surgeries are dangerous and harmful. This was unconstitutional censorship of the worst kind. I commend the Supreme Court for ruling decisively in favor of free speech and common sense.
