@DyfedPowys @parcelforce @ParcelForceRe @parcelforceuk Apparently, I'm blocked from doing so. I'm not sure why, but it's no shock to me that once again, reporting crime in Wales leads to nothing. This is a 20mph zone. 70mph is quite normal here for some. Phone use is seen every day. Dangerous driving is normal.
