@joinpeanut is local money i had a short product feedback interview at @ethlatam with @0xkkonrad where i explained that paying with local methods (eg pix or mp) with an unified stablecoin account made me feel special it's so simple i feel a bit weird writing this. i'm a researcher, and historically only protocols with complex, sexy designs made me feel this way but i realized Peanut is a prime example of the things we've always wanted: a borderless blockchain-based account with minimal intermediaries (no visa/mastercard), but that integrates bottom-up/local-first methods rather than imposing one of its own pillions
