I think we have to find a better equilibrium for thinking about plastic.
It has enabled many of the wonderful things we enjoy as modern humans. It also presents some health risks worth taking seriously.

@LoganDobson There's always nuance, but I think there's plenty of evidence that many of the chemicals within plastics are harmful to human health, even if questions of degree and our exposure levels (to the Guardian's piece's point) are a work in progress

It’s one particularly wonky example of how politicians warp reality to bend it to what they want people to believe — not what actually happened.
