Yang Mun is sold. $170K. He's not mine anymore. Which means I can finally give away the exact playbook that built him. → how I picked a character that hit 6M → the 3 script formulas behind 70M views → the 5-tool pipeline (5 min per video) → the 5 income streams that made $500K I was going to charge $500 for this but he's sold now so F*ck it its FREE RT + reply "ROADMAP" (must follow so I can DM you)

Just got off a call with a 22 y/o ecom founder doing $300k/mo through Shopify. Sharp kid. US LLC already in use, Q4 scaling mode about to be fully activated. One main issue: he's running the whole operation on a debit card. No ITIN. No US credit profile. Completely locked out of Chase, Amex, the whole system. While he's about to pour money into Q4 ad auctions, he's doing it with zero leverage and zero rewards. And on top of that, his ~$50k/mo in profit is sitting exposed, no asset protection structure anywhere in sight. Here's what we're building. The credit situation needed an immediate bridge, because the ITIN takes 2-3 months to process, and another 6-12 to build meaningful credit (unless he uses the Chase workaroud), and Q4 is fast approaching. So first move is getting him onto a fintech credit line that underwrites purely off Shopify revenue, no personal credit score required. That unlocks up to a $250k credit line with 60-day payback terms, right in time for the ad spend surge. No waiting. No cash flow crunch. He goes into Q4 competing at full capacity. Meanwhile, ITIN application kicks off in parallel. Once that lands and his US credit profile is live with Experian, Equifax, and TransUnion, we transition him to the real stack: 🔥 Amex Business Gold for ad spend at 4x points per dollar. At his current volume, that's millions of Membership Rewards points building fast, enough for years of free business class before he even thinks about touching cash back mode. 🔥 Chase Sapphire Reserve layered in for travel redemptions, transfer partners, and rounding out the stack as his profile matures. Then the wealth side, which honestly is the bigger unlock here. He's running a US LLC but living with full tax exposure on $500k+ in annual profit. The fix is grounded in Flag Theory. Pair the active US LLC with Dubai tax residency (0% personal income tax, structured properly with 90+ days physical presence, a local lease, UAE entity in good standing) and the income tax liability legally disappears. On $500k profit, that math is obvious. But we're not letting the profits sit in a Dubai bank account either. too sketch. 🔐 A Panama Foundation with Swiss banking. Legal black box. Bulletproof asset protection layer, structured so future lawsuits or creditors can't touch what's been built. The full picture: ✅ $200k in credit deployed for Q4, no cash flow constraints ✅ Amex + Chase point stack incoming once ITIN clears ✅ $500k/year in profit operating tax-free via Dubai structure ✅ Monthly profits compounding in protected US investment vehicles ✅ Panama Foundation as the long-term wealth fortress Run the compounding math on $500k/year going in tax-free, protected, and invested. Over 40 years that's a projected $240 million net worth. From a 22 y/o who had no clear pathway to this a few moments ago, this is pretty epic. This is what happens when the infrastructure finally matches the revenue. If ur scaling an ecom business and still running debit or haven't touched your tax and credit structure, you're not just leaving points on the table. You're entire financial underbelly is exposed.

@PhantomStays What about the 9% corporate tax for the Dubai structure (I assume it's the holding of the US LLC, so profits flow there)? Also, what's the math behind the 240 million?

@wifigery Create a flow using Flow app to put hold on high risk orders, you can setup rules to cancel and refund them so you don't have to monitor 24/7.

People were curious about our team operations. We're what I would consider a small affiliate team: - Me & My Biz Partner - Junior Media Buyer VA - 2 Main Video Editors - 1 External Editing team - Handful of other VAs we pay irregularly (Extra editors, Sysadmin, Software Specific Setup, etc...) Everyone is AI-augmented in some way, and the internal tools we've made help this a ton.

180 active ads in one ad set? 😂
James@Jameseeeey

@LutfiSol Maybe like 180 ads, not replacing them that often. Upload new ads once a week and removing previous week no spenders and moving low spenders to a bid cap graveyard campaign

Facebook is full of fake doctors SCALING... This one alone has 130+ active ads. The brand itself? 1.200 active ads... Meet: "Dr. Samantha Ellery, PhD." She doesn't exist. Her Facebook page does. And it's one of the pages running over 1,200 ads promoting the same supplement. The creatives? 13-minute long yappers + Native ads. Nothing fancy. Just enough to get people curious. Click the ad... Straight to a Shopify PDP. Auto-ship subscription. Shopify Payments. The whole package. Every few weeks I hear someone say: "You shouldn't run MRR with SP." Then I open Brandsearch... And find another brand spending serious money with the exact same playbook. Fake expert. Long-form ad. Auto-ship MRR. Shopify Payments.

For example, we pay $1,500 to one creator for 30 videos or a 10% commission, whatever is higher after we approve and run 30 videos as ads Everyone gets a different deal based on experience, ugc vs editor, etc

I've scaled completely ripped ads to over €1m/month. "Original creative" is the most overrated thing in ecom. Nobody scrolling has seen the ad you copied. What they react to is the offer, the product, and whether the angle fits where their head is at. Get those right and a copied ad prints. Get them wrong and your "original" masterpiece dies at breakeven.

I spent almost 200k on meta today, this is my structure from test to scale. Hope this can help. Prepping a more detailed PDF with exact explanation on how to dayscale, how to spot opportunities, when to cut etc. Will share sometime next week. This one’s the basic structure tho. Let me know if anything unclear.
