(although it won’t able to tell a referee a to give 2nd yellow when no card has been given for a foul)

@selwynf But you have done already by publicly encouraging the young and healthy to vaccinate. You are also purposefully underselling my statements which is quite low of you. The first thing we did was agree that the vaccine had helped to save lives.
